gbrowse-calign software package provides CAlign helper, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gbrowse-calign
gbrowse-calign is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gbrowse-calign package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gbrowse-calign *
You will get with gbrowse-calign package name, version, architecture and description in a table
